Paul DuRant is a Columbia, South Carolina native and a graduate of the College of Charleston Business School. As a third generation Realtor he became licensed in 2004 and began working for Russell and Jeffcoat. He co-founded the DuRant Team in 2005 with his mother, Anna Paige DuRant. He earned his Broker License in 2011. As a Realtor he has closed hundreds of real estate transactions from first time homebuyers, investors, to listing and representing buyers of luxury homes. He is knowledgeable about all areas of Columbia and surrounding towns with a proven record of exceptional negotiating and superior service. "The most rewarding part of my job is helping people achieve their housing goals whether that is buying a home for the first time, finding their forever dream home or getting their current home sold. Making each person feel like my only client and delivering exceptional service is what I always strive to do. Repeat clients and personal referrals are what I take most pride in. Real estate is not just my job, it's my passion," said Paul. Outside of his professional life, he and his wife, Meredith, are proud parents to their son Brady and two daughters Katelyn and Molly. They are active members of Eastminster Presbyterian Church and are involved in several mission opportunities including volunteering at Transitions Homeless Shelter and Harvest Hope Food Bank.
